Year-round conditioning for high school athletes is imperative. If you’re planning to play baseball in the spring, the fall is an important time to get your body in shape for the upcoming winter training period and ultimately next season.

Professional Baseball Instruction has devised the Fall High School Strength and Conditioning Program with those goals in mind.

You can chose either a 4-week or 8-week program with options to train twice, three times, or four times each week.
